Sand Dollar is one of the orders under the classification of sea urchins, and its official scientific name is formosae. Sand Dollar lives on the beach surface of the intertidal zone or subtidal zone or is buried in the sand, and even distributed to the seabed with a water depth of 3000 meters. Because its habitat and shape are mostly disc-shaped, like a silver coin, it is named.
Every creature in nature has its own food chain. Because there are very few edible parts and hard shells, only a few creatures in nature are interested in Sand Dollar. Among these few natural enemies, there is a kind of ocean fish with thick lips and similar to fish. They sometimes enjoy the Sand Dollar living in the sea.
