Surfing is a sport that takes the waves as the driving force and uses its own superb skills and balance ability to fight the waves. Athletes stand on surfboards, or use webs, kneeling boards, inflatable rubber pads, rowing, kayaking and other water sports to ride the waves. No matter what kind of equipment is used, athletes should have high skills and balance ability, and be good at long-distance swimming in the wind and waves.
Surfing is that athletes lie prone or kneel on the surfboard and row to a place with suitable waves as the starting point. When the wave pushes the surfboard to slide, the athlete keeps the surfboard in front of the wave peak, stands up, opens his legs naturally before and after (usually the balance leg is in front and the control leg is in back), bends his knees slightly, follows the wave and slides quickly.
