Vitruvian Man is the work of Italian Renaissance artist Da Vinci. The world famous sketch created by Leonardo da Vinci around 1487. It is a manuscript drawn in pen and ink. This painting is sometimes called XLR ratio or male ratio. Vitruvius is now collected in the academy art museum in Venice, Italy. Like most paper works, it is only occasionally displayed.
According to Vitruvius's description in the ten books of architecture about 1500 years ago, Da Vinci tried to draw the human body in perfect proportion. This manuscript, drawn with pen and ink, depicts a man's Cross and fire posture in the same position, which are embedded into a rectangle and a circle at the same time.
